Who
& What We Are
- Belladonna Cakes & Confections was founded when a friend
at a local restaurant fell in love with our "Night & Day"
cake. It was a double chocolate chiffon cake filled with triple chocolate
mousse, then enrobed in velvety smooth semi-sweet chocolate ganache.
This fabulous dessert was added as a menu item and so a business was
born. We received training and education at The Florida Culinary
Institute and Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
What
We Do
- Over the years this family business has evolved into one of Central
Florida's premier specialty patisseries. We have grown by word of mouth,
personal references and recommendations. Because we produce quality
over volume, we have the luxury of being involved only in the events
of our choosing. Wedding cakes and groom's cakes have become our passion.
Our work has been featured on Fox 35's Good Morning Orlando.
